Publishers may not bid on trademark terms. Publisher shall not bid on Microsoft Advertising, Bing, or any of their web properties nor any confusingly similar term, and will not be paid for transactions resulting from any such keyword or phrase containing such keyword. Publishers may not show on trademarked keywords through broadmatch. Publishers shall not use Advertiser s trademarks, or any variation or misspellings thereof, in their URL, company name, business name or site name.

Publishers cannot use any trademark term related to Microsoft Advertising, Bing, Yahoo! Search or Microsoft or its web properties within the root of the display URL. Trademark terms such as: Microsoft Advertising, Bing, Yahoo! Search, Bing search advertising, Bing and Yahoo! Search marketing.

Search Campaigns - Limited Use SEM Display URL Content  
The root of the display URL may not contain Microsoft Advertising, Bing, or any derivative. Publishers may use Microsoft Advertising or Bing after the root URL www.microsoftadvertisingaffiliatesite.com is not allowed. www.affiliatesite.com/microsoftadvertising is allowed.

Search Campaigns - Prohibited SEM Ad Copy Content  
All affiliate ads must include accurate and up to date information and not misrepresent Microsoft Advertising or Bing.

Search Campaigns - Limited Use SEM Ad Copy Content  
Any generic ad copy is permitted; and where it does not include brand terms, adult terms, offensive terms, confidential matters related to the Bing Affiliate Program. And as long as it does not violate the advertiser terms and conditions and editorial guidelines set forth by each Search engine.

Compliance with Law: Affiliate will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those involving email marketing and privacy. Affiliate will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Microsoft and its affiliates for any third party claim arising out of Affiliates alleged or actual failure to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
